Why we exist

When the LLM wave broke in 2023, the market split in two: companies that actually shipped AI into production, and everyone else who put “AI” on their website and kept doing what they always did.
Skylink was built for operators in the first group. The founders who know AI can automate 40% of their support queue — and just need someone who can actually build it, deploy it, and keep it running. Not pitch it.
We run a tight shop on purpose. Small team. Direct access to the founder on every project. Fixed prices. Real deliverables with real timelines. If that's not how you work, we're probably not the right fit — and we'll tell you that on the first call.

Demos beat decks.
Every discovery call, we demo our own AI running live. If a vendor can't show you something working on the first call, they're selling you potential. We sell product.
Fixed price or nothing.
Time-and-materials billing turns vendors into hourly workers with no skin in the game. Every Skylink engagement has a fixed price and fixed scope. You know what you're getting before you sign.
Small team. High bar.
We don't staff projects with juniors and bill for seniors. The founder codes. The people who scoped your project ship it. If we're at capacity, we say so.
The agent is the product.
Bolting a chatbot onto your CRM is not an AI transformation. We design the data layer, the tool integrations, the UI, and the ops infrastructure around how the agent actually works — from day one.
